Brief: To complete a commercial review of the trust’s activities, then from this work to create a saleable commercial portfolio and a route to market. Subsequently to source mutually beneficial relationships with commercial partners who will enhance the work of the trust.
Method: We spent time getting to know the work of the trust and its senior management team, enabling us to fully understand its goals and objectives and find out where funding help was required. We then designed a commercial portfolio and valued it against similar properties in the sport sponsorship market.
Result: We have since taken the agreed portfolio to market and are in dialogue with a number of potential partners who we hope will agree to partner the trust in 2009.
