Do you want to join a growing organisation that helps socially-minded organisations achieve incredible things? Are you interested in building a successful career in consultancy?
At Oaks, we challenge organisations to think differently about their structure, purpose and future. We help them to explore and realise their fundraising potential and generate new and diverse revenues. You could be part of that journey, through taking the lead in your own area of work, while also working alongside the senior leadership team to collectively meet the needs of our clients.
We work with hundreds of organisations around the world, including Laureus Sport for Good, UEFA, Carer’s Trust, the National Brain Appeal, the Lawn Tennis Association, and Special Olympics GB. Our team has collectively raised millions of £s for these organisations from an ever-growing list of trusts, foundations, major donors and corporates; enabling our partners to reach more vulnerable people and ultimately change lives across the world.
Our growing team combines sector-specific experience and skills with "home-grown" energy and drive; giving us diversity of thought, a fresh perspective, and a constant focus on innovation. We are invested in the growth and development of every individual because if they thrive, our work thrives. As a result, a high proportion of our team progress from entry-level roles into specialist and leadership positions within our organisation or our sectors; and we couldn’t be prouder.
